This is a family favorite. Has a nice blend of flavors and easily interchangeable ingredients. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups penne pasta |
1/2 cup sliced cooked chicken |
4 ounces sliced kalamata olives |
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped |
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup feta, crumbled |
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar |
1/3 cup caesar salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. 2. Combine all ingredients in order listed in a serving bowl mixing well. 3. Refridgerate 1 hour to blend flavors and serve. |
