This recipe is so simple and is easily adapted to suit your favorite vegetables or salad dressing or pasta. Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta |
1 large cucumber, chopped |
1 red bell pepper, chopped |
1 cooked chicken breast, chopped |
1/3 cup greek salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Cook orzo or other pasta according to directions. 2. Rinse pasta in cold water. Return to pot. 3. Mix in chopped vegetables and cooked chicken breast. 4. Stir in salad dressing. 5. Serve chilled. |
