1 cup orzo pasta |
1 cup crumbled feta cheese |
1/2 european seedless cucumber, thinly sliced |
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped |
10 cherry tomatoes, halved |
3/4 cup kalamata olive, halved and pitted |
1/2 cup olive oil vinaigrette dressing |
1/2 cup chopped scallion |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook orzo until tender but still firm, about 8 minutes. Drain well and rinse with cold water. Drain. 2. In a medium bowl, combine orzo with the remaining ingredients. Toss gently to combine. |
