I found this simple and easy recipe online. I usually double it and make it in two batches. This sauce tastes so good with grilled, broiled or baked fish and seafood! Ingredients:
juice of 2 lemons (approximately 4 tablespoons) |
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil |
1 pinch of sea salt |
1 clove of garlic, sliced (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender on high for a few 2. seconds until thick and creamy. 3. Alternatively, use glass jar with a tight fitting lid. 4. Shake until it thickens to a cream consistency, or beat with a whisk. 5. Serve immediately. 6. Makes about 1/2 cup. |
