Greek Oil and Lemon Dressing |

Serve with fried fish and on salads. May also be used to brush on fish and shellfish when grilling. Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano or 2 teaspoons parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and beat well with a fork until blended. 2. As oil and lemon will separate on standing, dressing must be beaten again just before use. |
