I love Greek seasoning! These are great with a good grilled steak or chicken! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, wiped clean and sliced |
1 teaspoon all purpose greek seasoning (i use pilleteri's) |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter over medium heat in a small saucepan. 2. Add mushrooms and saute stirring frequently until mushrooms are limp. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 4. Boil, stirring frequently until most liquid is evaporated. |
