Greek version of the cuba deliciousness. Ingredients:
3/4 ounce lemon juice |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
2 lime wedges |
10 mint sprigs |
1 1/2 ounces metaxa brandy |
club soda |
Directions:
1. Muddle (or mush) the sugar, some soda water, lemon juice, lime wedge and Mint in a low or highball glass. Fill with crushed Ice and Metaxa and fill with soda water - stir it up and tip'er back! |
