A very tasty pasta salad that is easy and quick to make. You can substitute the 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing, 2 tsp. Dried oregano, and 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice for the Kraft Greek with feta and Oregano Dressing. You can also jazz it up by adding 1/2 cup sliced black olives. Ingredients:
3 cups farfalle pasta, uncooked (bow-tie pasta) |
2 cups baby spinach leaves |
1 cup kraft greek feta cheese, crumbled |
1 cup cherry tomatoes |
3/4 cup chickpeas (canned) |
1/2 cup zesty italian dressing |
2 teaspoons dried oregano |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Place in large bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. 3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
