This was really good and easy. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese with chives |
8 ounces hummus |
8 ounces feta cheese |
1 cucumber, seeded and diced |
2 1/2 ounces sliced black olives |
1 tomato, diced |
2 green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese on rimmed plate/platter. 2. Top with hummus. 3. Layer cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives and green onions. 4. Optional: add pine nuts, chopped mild peppers, chopped beets. 5. Serve with pita chips. |
