1 cup olive oil |
1 cup walnuts |
2 cups semolina |
2 cups sugar |
2 cups water |
2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. dissolve sugar in water and milk and bring it to simmer. 2. boil for 5mn and remove from heat. 3. brown semolina in oil at medium-high heat , stirring all the time. 4. add nuts after 5 mn to the oil-semolina to toast them a little. 5. when semolina is golden-brown , add sugar mixture. 6. turn down heat and stir stir stir untill thick . 7. let it cool in some kind of cake thing . 8. do not put in the fridge |
