Healthy lunch made in 5 minutes or less (minus prep time) Ingredients:
kalamata olive |
cucumber |
alfalfa sprout |
yellow onion |
plain yogurt |
paprika |
red chili pepper flakes |
salt |
Directions:
1. All ingredient measurements are to taste*. 2. Dice Cucumber and Yellow Onion. Can leave olives whole or chopped if desired. Throw all ingredients in a bowl/ zip lock/ or bento box and go! 3. *I used approximately 1/4°C Diced Onion, 1/4°C Diced Cucumber, 1/4°C yogurt, and a pinch of all spices. I threw the Alfalfa Sprouts on top as a garnish. |
