A new twist on a summertime favorite: green beans, cherry tomatoes are tossed with fresh parsley feta cheese and a greek dressing to make a healthy green bean salad. Ingredients:
1/2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed, blanched |
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion |
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 cup kraft calorie-wise greek with feta & oregano dressing & marinade |
1/3 cup kraft feta with oregano, sun dried tomatoes and cracked peppercorns cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. 2. Add dressing; toss to coat. 3. Top with cheese. |
