From Williams-Sonoma Ingredients:
1/2 lb feta cheese |
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced |
1 tablespoon minced fresh mint or 1 teaspoon crumbled dried mint |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, plus more as needed |
6 pepperoncini peppers, chopped (pickled green peppers) |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine the cheese, olive oil, garlic, mint, red pepper flakes and peperoncini and process until smooth. 2. Taste and add more red pepper flakes or peperoncini, if desired. |
