This classic Greek salad combines cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese. Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, cut into bite-sized chunks |
4 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges |
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions |
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives |
1/3 cup greek dressing |
1 cup athenos traditional crumbled feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. 2. Add dressing; toss to coat. 3. Top with cheese just before serving. |
