A recipe from Coup de Pouce. Ingredients:
200 g feta cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, reduce in puree : feta, sour cream, roasted red pepper, garlic, chive, olive oil and Cayenne pepper. 2. Serve with pita chips, veggies or anything you want ;). |
