I found this recipe in the Missourian Newspaper.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup dill, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine feta, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and pepper in a blender or a food processor, puree until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and serve as a spread or a dip.
