I found this recipe in the Missourian Newspaper. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese |
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 cup dill, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine feta, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and pepper in a blender or a food processor, puree until smooth. 2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and serve as a spread or a dip. |
