Refreshing twist on a cucumber salad. Compliments shish kabobs for the complete Mediterranean feel. Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber |
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes |
1/4 cut finely sliced onions |
1/4 cup kalamata olives |
1/8 cup feta cheese |
1/4 cup kraft greek salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Slice cucumber into bite size pieces. Add in onions, olives, and halved cherry tomatoes into serving bowl. Mix in feta cheese and Greek dressing. 2. Best when served chilled.. |
