Ingredients:
1 whole(s) cucumber, quartered
1 teaspoon(s) dill weed
1 whole(s) large tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup(s) light house italian dressing
4 ounce(s) reduced fat feta cheese
1 cup(s) whole wheat couscous, uncooked
Directions:
1. Cook couscous per package, omitting salt, butter and/or oil. Fluff with fork.
2. Place couscous in large bowl; cool 10 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients to couscous. Toss lightly.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
