Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon marjoram |
1/2-1 teaspoon salt |
1/2-1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
0.5 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed |
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained |
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon celery, diced |
3 -4 large scallions, diced |
4 pita bread |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients together for the dressing, set aside. 2. Stir the chickpeas, tuna, parsley, celery, & scallions together in a bowl. Pour over the dressing, mix well. 3. Stuff each pita with equal amounts of the tuna mixture. |
