Greek Chicken and Artichoke Penne

something i just put together for a quick dinner
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic clove
1 (13 3/4 ounce) can artichoke hearts in brine (reserve liquid)
2 cups chicken broth
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 lb penne pasta
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbles
Directions:
1. Boil Pasta in salted water till done.
2. Wash and dice raw chicken breast.
3. Heat oil add butter and melt.
4. Saute' chicken breast for 7 minutes.
5. Add garlic saute 3 minutes.
6. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
7. Add tomatoes and chicken broth
8. Simmer for 10 minutes.
9. Pour sauce over pasta and top with feta cheese.
