Good, quick, low-fat(ish) chicken recipe. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
2 lemons, juice of |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 teaspoon oregano |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in shallow pan. 2. Combine other ingredients and pour over chicken. 3. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to overnight. 4. Place the chicken on a broiler pan, or on a rack in a baking pan in a 450 degree oven. 5. cook for 35 minutes (or until done). |
