Very nice and easy to make very nice and tasty with a taste of mint Ingredients:
300 gramms fetta cheese |
300 gramms parmesan cheese |
quarter of a cup of sour cream |
1 egg |
full teaspoon of salt and pepper |
good hand full of mint |
good hand full of parsley |
1or 2 packets of puff pastry |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients together except for the olive oil and the filo pastry 2. combined all ingredients 3. cut the filo pastry into quarters or with a rounded edge and brush the edges with some egg and milk wash 4. Put a good full tablespoon of mixture in filo pastry and fold pastry over 5. close of the edges of pastry with a fork by pushing down on the edges with the fork 6. brush a little olive oil on top of the pastry 7. put into a190 degrees celcius hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on both sides |
