I don't really like veggie soup, but I like this recipe! Very easy to make and tailor to your own likes and dislikes Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
3 large green onions |
1 (16 ounce) can beef broth (no fat) |
1 (6 ounce) envelope lipton soup mix (chicken noodle) |
1 (10 ounce) package vegetable soup frozen mixed vegetables |
1 tablespoon beef bouillon |
2 cups water |

Directions:
1. Mix together and boil. I cook mine for around 30 minutes, but I've cooked it for 10 and it's also fine! |
