                    I searched all over for a good meatloaf recipe that did not use Ketchup! Finally I came up with this one. It's great with ground beef or ground venison also. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 lbs ground turkey  |  
                                                3/4 cup oatmeal  |  
                                                1 tablespoon parmesan cheese  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon garlic powder  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix  |  
                                                1 egg  |  
                                                1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix turkey, oatmeal, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, onion soup mix, and egg together. 2. Mix in 1/2 can of mushroom soup. 3. Press into loaf pan. 4. Pour remaining 1/2 can of mushroom soup over top. 5. Bake 1 hour at 350.                              |
