Economical to make and it's great on steaks, fish, and chicken, too! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coarse-ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons paprika |
1 tablespoon kosher salt |
1 tablespoon granulated garlic |
1 tablespoon dill seed |
1 tablespoon ground coriander |
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Grind black pepper, paprika, kosher salt, granulated garlic, dill seed, coriander seed, and red pepper flakes together with a mortar and pestle or in a spice grinder. Store in a sealed glass container. |
