I make salmon alot in my house, and this one is my favorite by far out of all the recipes I have tried. I think this may have been the first way I cooked salmon, and well you just have to try it. You can add garlic, lemon, dill, well just about any additional seasoning you want to it. Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes redfish seasoning |
1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes salmon seasoning |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat. 2. Season fillets with spices and gently press down on fillets. 3. Place in skillet and cook 5 minutes till side, depending on thickness. 4. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve. |
