I got this recipe from a church cookbook. It makes a great side dish and is easy to make. Ingredients:
32 ounces frozen hash browns |
8 ounces sour cream |
6 green onions, chopped |
2 cups corn flakes |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
3/4 cup clarified butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and bake in casserole for 30 minutes Combine butter with cornflakes and put on top. Bake another 15 minutes. |
