I made this because i was craving something creamy... it's perfect, creamy, tangy, smoky kinda, has peas, eggs, creamy dressing, and i used kielbasa but you can use ham or even hot dogs. perfect for picky kids, because like most of them, i'm not a fan of onions or bell peppers, but you can add whatever, it's extremely versatile! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1/2 hillshir farms kielbasa, cubed |
1/2 a can green peas (4oz) |
2 large celery ribs, diced fine |
salt and pepper, and onion powder t.t |
4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed and chilled |
Directions:
1. since everything in the ingredient list is already cooked and diced in advance, mix the mayo, mustard, salt pepper onion powder and eggs, then add everything else, you can eat immediately since the mac is chilled, or chill for next day consumption. |
