This is tried and true to great guac. Change it up by subsituting mango for the tomato. Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados |
juice of 1/2 lime |
1 1/2 tsp hot sauce or fresh roasted jalapeno, sliced into thin rounds and diced (opt) |
1 clove garlic (mashed) |
1 large tomato, diced small |
sea salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Mash avocado in a small bowl. 2. Add the remaining ingredients. 3. Season with salt to taste. 4. Note: Be creative! you can also add: red onion diced, fresh mango, olives, etc. |
