This recipe came from my brother who said he was bored with plain old green beans cooked in the traditional ways. It's a keeper, 'cause it's easy and delish, too! Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon cavenders all purpose greek seasoning |
Directions:
1. Remove ends and any strings from beans. 2. Wash beans and blanch in boiling water for 6 minutes. 3. Drain in collander. 4. Melt butter in saute pan. 5. Stir in Cavender's. Add beans and stir until coated. 6. Transfer beans to serving dish. |
