I adapted this from an recipe. One of our favorite ways to have green beans. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans green beans |
1 beef bouillon cube |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Drain green beans, reserving liquid from 1 of the cans. 2. Dissolve bouillon cube in reserved liquid. 3. Place beans & bouillon mixture in a saucepan. 4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, butter, garlic & pepper. 5. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. 6. Serve beans with juice. |
