Great Greek Salad

A great summer salad! Serve with whole grain rolls as a meal.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 seedless cucumber, sliced
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
12 greek olives, drained
3 tomatoes, sliced
12 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients for dressing.
2. In a large bowl, toss remaining ingredients.
3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss again.
