This granola is soo good for you, and you can mix and match the nuts, dried fruit and juice to your liking. I love to eat this with yogurt anytime of the day!
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup oat bran
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup walnuts
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup craisins
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 250, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2. Combine oats through walnuts in large mixing bowl. Set aside.
3. Over low heat in a small saucepan, combine honey-vanilla. Simmer for a few minutes.
4. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture. Mix with hands to create small and large clumps. Put mixture in single layer on cookie pan.
5. Bake 30 minutes Add craisins to pan, and combine, spreading once again to single layer. Bake for another 15 min or until golden.
