Great Grandma Dorothy's Chocolate Pudding |

An old family favorite. Often served with whipped cream and nuts. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin |
1 cup sugar |
2 ounces chocolate |
Directions:
1. Separate egg yolks and whites. 2. Boil chocolate and milk until thick. 3. Add gelatin while still hot. 4. Beat egg yolks and sugar. 5. Add chocolate mixture. 6. Beat egg whites. 7. Fold all together and cool in refrigerator until set. |
