Great Gingerbread Pancakes |

I found this recipe in a Disney Cookbook, and I make these for my freinds at all my sleepovers. I love to have these with powderd sugar and berries. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
2 tablespoons molasses |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. 2. In a small bowl, whisk the molasses, oil, buttermilk and lightly beaen egg. 3. Slowly pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and stir until uniform. 4. Lighly grease a griddle and pan over medium-low(275 degrees works good for me) and cook the pankcakes for about 3 minutes on each side. |
