Great Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting |

My family loves this frosting because it's not overly sweet. I've put it on may cakes but our favorites are carrot, pumpkin, banana and spice cake. Ingredients:
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box jello cheesecake flavor instant pudding and pie filling |
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup cold milk |
2 tablespoons powdered sugar |
1 cool whip, thawed (small) |
Directions:
1. Mix instant pudding with milk, cream cheese,vanilla and sugar.
2. Fold in Cool Whip.
3. Frost cake. Keep refrigerated.
