Rich and tasty turkey gravy Ingredients:
13 cups turkey broth |
1 1/2 cups oat flour |
3 oz. corn meal |
2 oz. turkey skin |
2 oz. turkey fat |
75 grams fresh onion |
100 grams fresh tomatoes |
75 grams carrots |
75 grams celery |
2 tbsp basil, dried |
2 tbsp minced garlic |
2 tbsp dehydrated onion |
2 tbsp italian seasoning |
3 tbsp sesame seeds |
2 oz. beef bouillon |
1 tbsp black pepper |
1 tbsp soy sauce basque norte |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a pot. 2. Use a wire whisk to whip out any lumps in the oat flour or cornmeal. 3. Bring to boil, simmer till thick. |
