2 cup beef stock |
2 tbsp whole wheat flour |
1 salt |
1 pepper |

1. mix together water and beef stock, bring to boil. 2. make paste with flour, salt, pepper and water 3. add slowly into stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps |
