Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Toss grated carrots with rice wine vinegar and sugar.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes and serve with your meal.
