From church cookbook. Ingredients:
3 medium carrots, grated |
1/4 small onion, sliced |
1 stalk celery, chopped |
1 tablespoon margarine |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix veggies in casserole dish then dot with butter. 2. Add water, cover and bake at 350F for 20 - 30 minutes until tender. 3. NOTE If microwaving, omit the water and use 1/3 the time. |
