Ingredients:
3/4 cup 2% reduced fat milk |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
1 (1-ounce) package mint |
1 cup ice cubes |
1/2 cup mocha-flavored hot cocoa powder |
4 chocolate wafer cookies, broken |
1 (14-ounce) container chocolate sorbet |
Directions:
1. Combine milk and half-and-half in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat; stir in mint. Place pan in a large ice-filled bowl; cool completely (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Discard mint. 2. Place milk mixture, ice, and next 3 ingredients (through cookies) in a blender; process until smooth. |
