This is my favorite juice to get when I'm in New York at Liquiteria. I love it so much that I developed my own recipe to make at home. Nutritious and absolutely delicious! A great energy booster and sweet treat. I could easily drink this every morning, afternoon and night. Ingredients:
1/2 pineapple, peeled |
1 -2 apple (preferably green) |
1 -2 pear (preferably green) |
1 bunch mint |
wheat grass (equal to one shot glass) |
Directions:
1. Juice apples and pears on high. Juice pineapple, mint and wheatgrass on low. Stir. Enjoy! |
