Classic flavors of creme de menthe and chocolate. Ingredients:
chocolate crust - see crust page |
1 pqckage andes mints, chopped fine |
2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
4 tbsp flour |
5 large eggs |
1/4 cup creme de menthe liquor |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475^. 2. Layer chopped Andes candy evenly in prepared pan. 3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. 4. Add eggs one at a time. 5. Add liquor and cream, mixing thoroughly. 6. Pour over Andes candy. 7. Bake at 475^ for 15 minutes. 8. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour. 9. Let cool and refrigerate before serving. |
