A good way to disguise tart grapes Ingredients:
3/4 cup heavy cream |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
3 cups tart seedless grapes |
2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Bring cream, salt and sugar to a boil and boil 10 minutes, stirring frequently. 2. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and vanilla. 3. Place grapes into four serving dishes. 4. Pour over sauce and sprinkle with almonds. |
