Found in EveryDay with Rachael Ray magazine, March 2012. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil, plus 1 sprig for garnishing |
ice |
3/4 cup pink grapefruit juice |
2 ounces gin |
1/4 cup tonic water |
angostura bitters |
Directions:
1. Muddle basil in bottom of tall glass; add ice, grapefruit juice, gin and tonic. Stir, then top with a few drops bitters. Garnish with basil sprig. |
