1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger |
2 large pink grapefruits |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, milk and crystallized ginger. 2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. 3. Peel and section the grapefruits, reserving the juices. 4. Spoon grapefruit sections into small bowls with some of the juice. 5. Top with gingered cream. |
