Grapefruit Orange Medley Salad |

Tangy and the flavors really come through. Allow at least 2 hours for sauce to cool before serving. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/2 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage |
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained (each can 11 oz) |
2 medium grapefruits, peeled & sectioned |
1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch then whisk in soda until smooth. 2. Bring to a boil and cook while stirring for 1 minute or until thickened. 3. Cover and refrigerate until cool. 4. In a large bowl, combine the oranges, grapefruit and grapes. 5. Add the sauce and stir until fruit is coated. |
