Grapefruit in a Simple Rosemary Syrup |

Ingredients:
1 pink grapefruit, cut into supremes |
1 white grapefruit, cut into supremes |
1 cup grapefruit juice |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
Directions:
1. Combine grapefruit juice, sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer the mixture until reduced by one third. Place the supremed grapefruits in 4 small bowls, drizzle with the syrup. |
