Grapefruit and Ginger Marinade |

Tangy marinade for fish, chicken, or lamb. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh grapefruit juice |
1 cup fresh lime juice |
1/2 cup wine vinegar |
1/2 cup light soy sauce |
1 (5 inch) ginger root, peeled and minced |
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill |
Directions:
1. In a nonreactive bowl, mix together the grapefruit juice, lime juice, wine vinegar, light soy sauce, ginger, basil, thyme, and dill. Use as marinade for fish, poultry, or meats; refrigerate while marinating. |
