Green grapes, milk, vanilla yogurt, brown sugar and vanilla all blended together. I from this at Calorie King. My family really enjoyed this smoothie. The kids asked for more and even said yum! When I made this smoothie I used Splenda brown sugar and I forgot the ice. Ingredients:
1/2 cup green seedless grape |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/8 teaspoon vanilla |
2 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds. |
